Abdul Majeed Ismail Al Fahim Highlights Company’s Key Contributions to Community

Pearl Dubai, developers of AED15 billion (US4 billion) Dubai Pearl luxury development, today pledged its strong support to sustainability initiatives that aim to bring the world community together for the benefit of future generations.

Speaking at a gala dinner hosted by Pearl Dubai in honour of the 700-plus delegates assembled in Dubai for the Summit of the Global Agenda, Abdul Majeed Ismail Al Fahim, Chairman of Pearl Dubai, highlighted the company’s contribution to the country’s pioneering programmes that seek to explore tangible solutions for the good of the overall international community.

Al Fahim said: “After two days of intense deliberations on the profound challenges facing the world, we are hopeful the solutions recommended by the thought-leaders will strengthen our collective resolve to tackle global issues as one community.

“As one of the Middle East's most dynamic economies, the UAE has been crucial to the region’s fast-paced growth. Dubai is proud to have achieved the distinction of hosting such a unique gathering for the Summit of the Global Agenda, which further testifies the UAE's significant status on the international landscape.”

He added: “Through our presence here at this summit, we have only reiterated the Al-Fahim Group’s solid support to any resolute action that will usher in a brighter and better tomorrow for future generations.”

The World Economic Forum's first Summit of the Global Agenda - a unique gathering of leaders from academia, business, government and civil society – successfully concluded on 9 November in Dubai. The deliberations at the Summit will be taken up for further discussions at the forthcoming World Economic Forum summit in Davos.
