Pearl Dubai FZ LLC is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company incorporated in November 2006, under the laws of Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority (TECOM) by a consortium of investors led by the Al Fahim Group of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
