Hello,

A good idea this forum is, I liked your openess and approach to current investors.

For future investors who are fed up with developers useless promisses, if Dubai Pearl was to stick to its intended delivery date, what is your program till the end of the year.. all we hear is that work is under progress and when visiting the site we some some 100 workers there.. and no real progress..

From now till the end of the year.. where do you promiss Dubai Pearl will be.. at which floor exactly.. show us that Dubai Pearl is comitted to delivering the project at the intended delivery date.

At Dubai Pearl we strive to ensure that our investors are informed of our progress. We would like to hereby extend an open invitation to visit our site to experience the progress being made. For the record, we currently have over 500 staff on site working on different shifts 24 hours a day. With a project of the size of Dubai Pearl, there is a huge amount of work that is carried out in preparation for the main structure on the project. Piling, waterproofing, raft foundations, infrastructure components, reinforcement works, blinding, screeding, shoring etc... all have to be done before the structure can be visible. While this might have given you the impression of a slow progress, these activities are a vital part of the foundation of the structure and you will surely understand that our stance of no compromise is not negotiable.

We are glad to inform you that an important milestone will be soon achieved on Dubai Pearl, the first major raft pour will take place within the next few days and will consist of a 36 hour pour of 11,000 cubic meters of cement, which in construction terms is a very sizeable exercise.

Based on our current program, we will achieve an elevation of five levels on the main structure by the end of this year and I can assure you that we are fully committed to delivering the project within the intended timescale and will continue to keep all investors abreast of our progress.
