As a property developer, we have an obligation and commitment to complete the Dubai Pearl project, at the same time we expect our clients to fulfill their agreement with us by making their payments timeously. We do not have a cancellation or refund policy for units purchased, as this is controlled by the current legislation issued by the Dubai Lands Department.

We understand that the global financial crisis has changed the world, and that some of our clients have been effected financially. We have offered all our clients new payment terms and other opportunities to assist them through this period as best that we can.
